Terms of Return

  • The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original battle-ready condition, tags and all.

  • No makeup stains, no perfume, no damage. We don't resell casualties.

  • Final Sale means final—no returns, no exchanges, no mercy.

How to Return

  1. Email our team at info@loud-and-obstinate.com and request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package like it’s a warning label.

  3. Ship it back using a trackable service—your cost, your call.

Credits & Exchanges

  • We don’t do refunds. You’ll get a store credit to fuel your next strike.

  • Want to swap it? State the size, color, or piece in your return request.

  • If it’s in stock, we’ll send it. If not, you get credit. No waiting games.

Gifts & International Orders

  • Got gifted a piece and need to exchange? Contact us—we’ll handle it with precision.

  • International rebels follow the same rules. Customs fees and shipping? That’s on you.
